aaddcfc655 Change how the NIO block read works, to re-use the byte array for the from-InputStream case. Also start on reading the FAT blocks for NPOIFSFileSystem

db89d09ca3 improved work with UDFs and Analysis Toolpack functions, ATP functions are enabled by default and user can create / evaluate them just like built-in functions, both HSSF andf XSSF are supported
