5f0be5c221 Allow multiple instances of HeaderFooterRecord in CustomViewSettingsRecordAggregate similar to ChartSubstreamRecordAggreagte in order to read sample 49931.xls correctly after re-saving it with HSSFWorkbook

bc61534b92 common sl: reworked and unified generics definitions 
made various methods available through common sl
added createTextBox,AutoShape,... methods to ShapeContainers
hslf tables created by poi, will be identified as such when the file is read again
