40f8d119c7 Remove more remnants of NPOIFSFileSystem, mostly in comments and variable names 
This avoids confusion if people look at this code in the future without knowledge
about the historical transition from java.io to java.nio

7f12b6ff53 Resolve bug #49139 - don't assume that the block size is always 512 bytes. Instead of hard coding this value in, pass around the new POIFSBigBlockSize object that holds the size and various helper subsizes. Should now be possible to open 4k block files without error.

b8f7a14477 Applying the copy2license.pl script (with tiny modification to allow for more whitespace than it expects in the POI header) to all files. ant jar succeeds, and the svn diff has been verified by eye. Still more files to do, this is the first pass.
