Nicola Ken Barozzi 3201dd15ad Finally found out how to load the ant optional tasks without having to

put the jar under ant lib! :-D
Moved the default.properties of ant in a separate jar and removed the
definitions of the optional tasks used by centipede; removed the optional
tasks from ant optional.jar and put the classes in a jar in the relative cent
lib dir.

Update of the build system to make the script cleaner and make ./lib/endorsed libs automatically used in both script and build classpaths.
