Nicola Ken Barozzi 474af27ea4 Use Jakarta Commons Sandbox project JJar to get the cents directly from ...

the krysalis.org/jars repository when needed.
It downloads the cents that are specified in the properties.xml when the corresponding
jar is not available at all.
