Andreas Beeker 4b9d47af5a FindBugs fix

- fixed "Class defines equals() and uses Object.hashCode()"
- see http://findbugs.sourceforge.net/bugDescriptions.html#HE_EQUALS_USE_HASHCODE
- implemented UnicodeString.ExtRst.hashCode() + junit-test
